How to handle a stressful interview.

Take a load off. The interviewers are just as stressed as you! Recruiters and HR representatives have stress put on them by there leaders. When organizations are in search of a new candidate, they have to place the right individual into the right job. More than often, candidates are hired for the position and shortly after, they leave the position or it is discovered that they have placed the wrong person into the position. This alone puts stress on the hiring personnel.

Take deep breaths and know that you are in charge. There is no easier opportunity to ace a task than to ace an interview. Think about it, you’re telling the organization who you are and what you can do… who knows that information better than yourself? Not to mention, personnel apart of the hiring team are the same age if not younger than you. YOU are in control. Show recruiters that you are a leader, and it will be beneficial for them to add you to the team.
