Ready To Go Resumes LLC
Privacy Policy
Your information. Handled with care.
Last updated: September 23, 2026
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, including your name, contact details, career goals, work and education history, qualifications, resume, and supporting materials. Orders may also include billing details, service selections, transaction references, and correspondence. Payment providers process payment information under their own privacy terms.
Our website and service providers may process technical information such as device, browser, security logs, and cookies needed for site features, shopping carts, and account access. The new online resume questionnaire is configured not to store your IP address in its form entry.
How we use and share information
We use information to review your goals, prepare and revise documents, communicate with you, fulfill purchases, maintain service records, protect our website, and meet applicable legal obligations. Writers working on your project receive the information necessary to provide the service. Hosting, email, form, payment, and other service providers may process information to support these activities.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may disclose information when required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to protect lawful rights and prevent fraud. We do not publish identifiable client materials as examples without permission.
Questionnaires, supporting documents, and retained resumes
Submitting the online questionnaire creates a temporary website entry and an email containing your questions and answers for project review. Entries for the new questionnaire are scheduled for permanent deletion after one day. Cleanup runs daily, so an entry may remain longer than exactly 24 hours.
Questionnaire emails and supporting intake materials are used during the project and deleted from active project records after the project is completed, unless retention is required by law or needed to resolve a dispute. This email and document cleanup is separate from automatic website entry deletion.
We retain completed resumes for our service records and future client updates. A retained resume contains the personal and career information included in that resume. Order, payment, accounting, and essential service records may be retained separately for applicable legal and business recordkeeping requirements. Backup or service-provider copies may remain until their normal retention cycles expire.
Share only what your project needs
You may provide an existing resume or an employee evaluation instead of completing the full questionnaire. Remove Social Security numbers, birth dates, identification numbers, account details, medical information, classified information, and private information about other people. Do not send passwords or documents you are not authorized to share. A city and state or region are generally sufficient for your resume; a full home address is not normally needed.
Your choices and requests
You may ask us to correct information or request access to or deletion of personal information by emailing info@readytogoresumes.com. We will address requests according to applicable law and may verify your identity before acting. Some records may need to be retained to fulfill a service, meet legal obligations, or resolve a dispute. You may opt out of marketing messages using the unsubscribe option provided in the message.
Security, cookies, and other websites
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No website, email system, or method of electronic storage can guarantee absolute security. You can manage cookies through your browser, although disabling necessary cookies may affect website or checkout functions. Third-party websites and services linked from our site have their own privacy practices.
