1. Our services and your order

Ready To Go Resumes LLC provides resume writing and related career services. Your selected service description, order confirmation, and any written scope agreed with us identify what is included and the price. Please review them before purchasing. Additional services or a material change in direction may require a separate quote, which we will discuss with you before doing additional paid work.

2. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel for a refund if work on your project has not commenced. Once work has commenced, your project payment is non-refundable, including if you choose to stop the project partway through.

Work commences when Ready To Go Resumes LLC or an assigned writer begins substantive work for your order, such as reviewing or analyzing your materials for the project, researching target roles, drafting or revising documents, preparing a template, conducting a consultation, or performing another purchased service. Payment alone does not mean that work has commenced.

Your payment compensates the business and its writers for the work and professional time committed after the project starts. To request cancellation, email info@readytogoresumes.com with your name and order number. Eligibility depends on whether work had commenced when we received your cancellation request. We will confirm the project status and any refund in writing. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where available; payment-provider processing times may vary.

This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. If we cannot provide a purchased service, we will contact you to resolve the matter consistently with applicable law.

3. Information and collaboration

You may begin with our questionnaire, an existing resume, or an employee evaluation. We may request additional details needed to complete your project. Please provide accurate information, correct employment and education dates, and materials you are authorized to share. Do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, classified material, or unnecessary sensitive information.

You are responsible for reviewing drafts and the final documents for factual accuracy before submitting them to an employer. We do not invent qualifications, experience, credentials, or results.

4. Timing and revisions

Published turnaround times are estimates and depend on receiving the information, feedback, and scheduling needed for your service. We will confirm timing for your project; an application deadline is not guaranteed unless we expressly agree to it in writing.

Resume-writing services include two revisions based on your feedback and the agreed career goal. Please provide consolidated feedback so we can address your requested changes. A new target, new document, or materially expanded scope may require a separate agreement.

5. Results and professional judgment

We work to present your experience clearly and professionally. Hiring decisions belong to employers. We do not guarantee interviews, employment, compensation, promotions, or a particular result from an applicant-tracking system.

6. Privacy and project materials

We use your information to review and perform your project and handle it according to our Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations. Relevant information may be shared with writers working on your project and service providers needed to operate the business. Our policy explains how resumes and supporting questionnaire information are handled.

7. Use of documents and website materials

You may use and edit your completed resume and other purchased career documents for your personal career purposes. You retain rights to the information and materials you supply. Our general writing methods, website materials, and reusable templates remain the property of their respective owners. A purchased template is for your personal use and may not be resold or redistributed as a commercial product without permission.

8. Questions and changes

Contact us promptly if you have a question or concern so we can work toward a resolution. Applicable laws govern these terms, and nothing here removes rights that the law does not allow you to waive. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms for future orders and will display the updated date. The terms agreed for an existing order will not be changed retroactively without your agreement.
